The sandy coast of Platanias coast extends to a length of 85m and a width of 60m. You will be able to find some lodging facilities in the surrounding area, however there are no other facilities such as water sports due to the fact that the endangered turtle species Caretta Caretta visits this beach each year in order to give birth. You can access it either through the wooden corridors/ramps or via the public street. |
