Agia Anna is among the most frequented beach of the whole Evia island. It’s a vast beach and many people chose to visit it, mainly in the summer, both from the rest of the Evia island and the Continental Greece as well. You can get here by driving for 2 hours from Chalkida or from the port of Edipsos if you are coming here from Northern Greece. During the summer lots of people chose to come here in order to camp for a few days, either by bringing their tents or trailers. The fine dark sand of the beach is ideal for beach volley, sunbathing under the hot sun, while its crystal clear deep waters of the Aegean Sea you can really enjoy swimming. High waves are a occuring frequently in the area and at some points they may even reach up to 4 meters. On the central road above the beach there are lots of fish-taverns where you can taste some fresh and delicious fish and seafood, as well as some other serving meat produced in the area.
